Trading in the sixer

Got myself a 6 pack of SlimFast. Feeling pretty drained from allergies.

I guess I’m going to take some “before” pictures. A little self motivation. Planning out a workout routine as well. If you’re reading this, and you have a successful, fast-low pace workout routine that you’re proud of feel free to let me in on your secrets  :}. I’m definitely a newb when it comes to correct workouts. Why can’t we all be rich enough to afford personal trainers? A personal chef would be pretty dandy also.

    Hi, welcome to Buddyslim!
    I use workout dvds mostly, sometimes I grab my mp3 player and go outside for walking.
    Good dvds
    *Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds series (I started at the 1 mile, now can do 5 miles)
    I have others…I just find them everywhere, stores, discount stores, thrift shops, dollar stores. One I got for 3$ and had 12 workouts on…it had a little of everything and I knew I would like something.
    *I also love Pilates
    *You should also strength train, I go to Curves but lately I have been planning on getting dumbbells and using them with some dvds I have that use them
    *Always warm up and cool down, and stretch after a workout
    *Sparkpeople.com has a great resource of articles on fitness as well as motivation and nutrition
    This might help you make a better workout
