So I’m trying this. Master Google.com sent it’s young grasshopper, myself, to this lovely site. I figured this might motivate me to get that summer bod everyone wants. Or just be healthy in general. Although on the BMI scale I’m only a pound or so overweight, I think this is a positive move.
